Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the R D Connect (Transport Service) and the website rdtransportpvtltd.in, operated by R D Transport Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using our Application or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Application or services.
Eligibility & Account Registration
- The Application is intended for use by parents/guardians of enrolled students and authorized school staff.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a primary account holder.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Account credentials are issued by your school administrator and are non-transferable.
Services Provided
R D Transport Pvt. Ltd. provides the following services through the R D Connect application:
- School transport management including bus route tracking and allocation.
- Student attendance monitoring and notifications.
- Fee management including viewing fee structures and making online payments.
- Parent-school communication via announcements and notifications.
- Student profile and academic data management.
- QR code-based attendance verification.
- Transport inquiry and query management.
We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with or without prior notice.
Payment Terms
- Fee payments made through the Application are processed via authorized third-party payment gateways.
- All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Once a payment is successfully processed, it is considered final. Please contact your school administration for any refund queries.
- R D Transport Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any payment failures caused by bank or payment gateway issues.
- Transaction receipts are generated automatically and available for download within the Application.
- Do not share your payment OTP or card details with anyone, including our staff.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or system servers.
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content through the Application.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Application.
- Impersonate any person, school, or organization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and/or legal action.
Mobile Application
- The R D Connect application is available for download on the Google Play Store.
- You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements for running the Application.
- Updates to the Application may be released from time to time. We recommend keeping the Application updated to the latest version.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of outdated versions of the Application.
- The Application may request access to device permissions (camera, notifications, etc.) which are necessary for core features. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.
Intellectual Property
All content within the Application - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design - is the property of R D Transport Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
- Bus location and arrival times shown in the Application are estimates and may vary due to traffic or operational conditions.
- We are not responsible for any disputes between parents and schools regarding fees, attendance, or academic matters.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 3 months.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- Non-payment of dues (as reported by your school).
- Student no longer enrolled in the associated school.
Upon termination, your access to the Application will be immediately revoked. You may request data export before termination by contacting us.
If you wish to terminate or delete your account voluntarily, please visit our Account Deletion Request Page and submit the necessary details.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
We encourage you to first contact us at rdtransportpvtltd@gmail.com to resolve any disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website or Application. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We will notify registered users of significant changes via in-app notifications or email.
